Professional Development
Certificates
We have created two professional development certificates to enhance your therapeutic arts skills including: Expressive Arts Therapy Skill Development Certificate and Social Justice and Land-Based Arts Perspectives Certificate. The classes may be accessed as a complete certificate or independently as individual professional development classes. As an honouring of WHEAT alumni, we are offering them at a 50% reduced rate for all WHEAT alumni.
These professional development offerings were created as a possible extension to existing Art Therapy and/or Expressive Arts Therapy Diplomas and Expressive Arts Certificates. They reflect some of the additional courses that WHEAT is now offering in the areas of social justice, land-based, and Indigenous perspectives on therapeutic arts. Registration is open on a continuous basis dependent on space available.
Please contact us info@wheatinstitute.com if you are interested in registering.
