What is worth arting for?

We are excited to be initiating an online artspace Wednesday evenings, starting this week, on June 30th, at 6 PM CDT.

heARTSpace Studio is a weekly, drop-in expressive arts gathering to honour the heARTS response to intersectional issues that matter. It is offered by WHEAT to foster inclusivity and connect the creativity of our diverse communities as we honour the heart's call for social change by artfully exploring our capacity to cultivate personal and collective liberation right now. What is worth arting for?

Each week's gathering will be themed and facilitated by an artist / heARTivist, art or expressive arts therapist to raise consciousness on resonant social justice themes to be explored through inter-modal expressive arts.

This Wednesday, June 30th will be lead by Dr. Fyre Jean Graveline and Virginia Jahyu. Below is an invitation from Fyre.
